A.G.M. 2010
I would like to invite you to the Bracknell Forest Runners AGM on Wednesday 21st April 2010 starting at 7:00pm in the Hospitality Suite/Balconey room at the Bracknell Sport & Leisure Centre, Bagshot Road, Bracknell
There will be two amendments to the Club's constitution and will be tabled as follows:
1. That the minimum age of members will be 16 years and that associate membership for Juniors will no longer be made available. (Your Committee recommends this change due to the recent changes in legislation regarding the CRB Regulations)
2. That in future the Constituation will only be changed through agreement by a majority vote at an AGM or EGM provided that the proposed amendments have been made in writing to the secretary in sufficient time for the amendment to be published to the membership 4 weeks prior to the date of that meeting.
The Club Annual Awards will be presented during the evening and there will be refreshments afterwards.
