Sunday 28th is the final Cross Country league event of the season. The venue is Mad Bess Woods in Ruislip with Metros hosting the event. Traditionally this has been the smallest event of the season so if we can put out a large and strong team we've every reason to think we can easily take third place again and maybe better!!! Car sharers meet at the track car park at 9:00AM. Nearest postcode for sat-nav users HA4 7TP.
Distance training this weekend will be:
15 miles at 8.5 minute mile pace meeting at THE LOOKOUT (not Long Hill Car Park as previously reported) on Saturday morning at 9:00AM OR
12 to 14 miles steady for the 4 to 5 hour marathon training group meeting at the Lookout on Sunday at 9:20AM
