Wokingham Half Marathon (Championship) - 19 Feb 2012.
Good flatish route for a PB.
Part of the Berkshire Road Race Championships and also a BFR Club Championship race.
This is a very popular event and will fill up quickly so enter as soon as it's open.
Ostend to Bruges - 10 Mile Race - 04 Mar 2012.
A pancake flat course that can produce some super fast times.
A weekend tour trip is available by clicking the race name.
Grizzley - 11 Mar 2012.
Still the one and only. This race fills almost as quickly as the London Marathon so as soon as entries open get on-line. There is no facility to send postal entries.

Brighton Marathon - 15 Apr 2012.
Third running of this event. Great alternative to London. Relatively flat as it generaly avoids going into the downs.

What more needs to be said. Enter early and remember if you are accepted you must then ensure you pay the entry fee - just remember George's 2011 experience 
Bracknell Half Marathon - 29 Apr 2012.
Now rates in the top 50 events in the UK by Runners World readers. Well organised event, of course it is as BFR help out in a big way, so if running in the event is not for you please volunteer to help.

Bounders Relay - 17 Jul 2012.
Each member of a 4 person will run a loop of approx 2 1/2 mile.
£8 per team (BFR teams do not have to pay the race fee)

Well organised, fun event held on meadowland at Thames valley Park.
Obviously care needed to ensure that you don't fall.

It is cheap, flights are cheap, the accommodation is on a half board basis so is cheap, and prices out and about in town are cheap! Benidorm out of season is nothing like you might expect or see on TV!
